PMA Blending Plants

PMA blending plants are designed for rapid and economic dispersion of most polymers in asphalt. This technology allows for the production of a 15% concentrate of EVA, EMA, SBS, SBR, Crumb Rubber, PE and waste polymers in one pass on most occasions. Polymer technology- included in the price of the plant - allows for formulation with almost all asphalt's to local specifications. This will supply complete turnkey systems including ripening tanks, asphalt storage and finished product storage tanks.

Polymer Modified Component

Capacity of the plant is 20 metric tons per hour. In collaboration with a team of specialists, ITG just completed a set-up of a PMA installation in a major Chinese city.
