Emulsifier Solution (Soap) Plant

Emulsifier solution (soap) preperation is a critical factor in the success of high-quality, consistant BITUMEN emulsion production.

The skid-mounted, semi-continuous emulsifier plant can operate in either batch or continuous mode. The plant consists of a concentrate tank, pumps for all components, a weight control system that allows all components to be rapidly pumped in an weighed, and a control system that allows precise formulating.

»Length - 4 138 mm
»Width - 1 626 mm
»Height - 2 652 mm

The tank is complete with its own heating coil to be plumbed to your heat sourse and a high-speed stirrer. An optional pH meter with readout on the coMtrol box allows rapid testing. Temperature gauges ensure optimum reaction temperature.

For batch operation, the formulation amounts are weighed into the concentrate tank, which is on load cells. The pH is stabilized and the emulsifier is pumped into a dilute tank (supplied by us or by the customer to our specifications). The temperature is stablized and the pH checked. Then, manufacturing can begin.

Within a continuous operation, an emulsifier plant's second batch of emulsifier is prepared and diluted in a second dilute tank. Valving allows switching between dilute tanks to create continuous production. Our company can supply a full dilute system consisting of 2 tanks on a skid with all required vaves and plumbing.
